Pack securely to prevent transit damage.
Include your name and order number; missing paperwork can delay processing.
Return boxed footwear inside a protective outer carton.
Mark parcels “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
Keep your proof of postage; it is the only way to trace your parcel.
