Crafted from a tough G-1000 HeavyDuty Eco fabric, the Fjallraven Raven 28L Backpack is a hard-wearing protective bag to accompany you when exploring the great outdoors. With a spacious 28L capacity, there is ample room for your gear when out and about.
Boasting a spacious main compartment that is secured with a zip, the bag also features a padded laptop sleeve and smaller pocket to store any more fragile accessories you may need. Two side pockets are ideal for refreshments when on the move and padded shoulder straps ensure that carrying a heavy load for long periods of time is comfortable. When you need a rest from carrying, there is a handle with a leather grip.

- Request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- Items received after 14 days (up to 28 days) qualify for a credit note valid for 12 months.
- Free returns are not offered.

- Send items back within 14 days of receipt.
- Exchange for the same item, a different item of equal value, or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
- Once the original item is accepted, the replacement ships free via standard delivery.
Faulty Items
- Wrong, faulty, or damaged item? Upload images and comments on the Returns Page within 72 hours.
- Our team will approve the return before issuing a free label.

When Posting
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Pack securely to prevent transit damage.
- Include your name and order number; missing paperwork can delay processing.
- Return boxed footwear inside a protective outer carton.
- Mark parcels “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
- Keep your proof of postage; it’s the only way to trace your parcel.
