Weighing in at under fourteen ounces, this jacket can be conveniently packed into a backpack or hunting vest. Its 2.5-layer shell is made of sturdy yet lightweight 3.8-oz. ripstop nylon with a waterproof membrane on the inside. A mesh grid lining adds an extra layer of defense against wear and tear.
Despite its light weight, the Swiftwater is fully seam-sealed to block out moisture in even the worst conditions. Breathability is key during high-intensity activities, and the Swiftwater's waterproof membrane allows sweat and heat to escape while keeping rain and snow out. AquaGuard® zippers from YKK® are used throughout for water resistance, and the front zipper features an interior storm flap and zipper garage to prevent irritation
