To take care of your Chilly product, we suggest washing the bottle with hot soapy water after each use. Do not let the bottle soak. For a more comprehensive cleaning, use bicarbonate soda and water. When not in use, store the bottle without the cap.

- Items received after 14 days (up to 28 days) qualify for a credit note valid for 12 months.

- Once the original item is accepted, the replacement ships free via standard delivery.
