The Rainer Shirt Jacket in Off-White Rinsed is constructed from midweight herringbone cotton which has been garment-dyed, giving the jacket a softer feel as well as a more complex colour configuration. The item has a zip front closure and is detailed with a chest pocket on the outside, as well as an additional chest pocket on the inside. Finished with a woven Square Label on the outside chest pocket.

- Request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- Items received after 14 days (up to 28 days) qualify for a credit note valid for 12 months.

- Once the original item is accepted, the replacement ships free via standard delivery.

- Our team will approve the return before issuing a free label.

When Posting
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Pack securely to prevent transit damage.
- Include your name and order number; missing paperwork can delay processing.
- Return boxed footwear inside a protective outer carton.
- Mark parcels “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
- Keep your proof of postage; it’s the only way to trace your parcel.
