Poor experience overall

These pants have a dual size (uk and Asia). Even though it’s sold in the UK, the size advertised is the Asia one (ie, I ordered a “M”, assuming it was a UK median but I received an Asia M/UK small. Then to return this item, I had to print and go to the office, with no way to notify that I initiated the return. The return process is poor
