Please note: All next day orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.


  • Brexit Information: We are shipping as normal with all duties and taxes paid. To be clear, this means you will not incur any further charges when ordering through our site in addition to the advertised price.

Please note: We cannot ship DHL Express to Russia and Israel. Shipping will be the standard Royal Mail service only.


Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be taxes, fees or other charges that you will be expected to pay. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order as these charges vary from country to country. We do not have any control over these charges and do not hold current duty rates on file.

If these local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item could be returned to Parasol Store or destroyed. If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to Parasol Store.


  • All postal times are a guide only, as delays in postal services or customs are unfortunately out of our control. We will however do our best to help where we can.
  • We do not dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately about delivery time.
  • All customers are supplied with order tracking details via email.


We deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man, however, please allow an additional five days for Standard Delivery. For delivery to Jersey and Guernsey delivery costs may be increased.


If you are not fully happy with the goods that you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing that they are in the original resalable condition that you received them in. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.


Please send your returns to Parasol Retail Ltd, J & S House, Unit A, Denton Drive, Northwich, Cheshire , CW9 7LU. Please send the parcel on a tracked service so we can follow its journey if necessary, we are not able to refund until the parcel reaches us.
