Christmas Extended Returns Policy

Christmas Gifts purchased after 15th November 2019 will benefit from our extended returns period until 6th January 2020. For a refund in the form of online credit note/gift voucher. All items must be received back to Parasol Retail Ltd by the 6th January 2020 during this period. Please note we will only accept those returns if they are in their original packaging with all tags attached and in a new condition. Outside of this our standard 14 day returns policy applies.

We offer a range of UK delivery options to ensure that you have your order delivered in a time scale that suits you.

Click & Collect from Parasol Store, Alderley Edge: Free (within 48 hours)

Next Working Day: £6.95

Standard Delivery: £3.95 or Free on orders over £50 (Within 3-5 working days)

International Delivery Charges

Europe: £8.00
Rest of World: £10.00

Once your order has been placed, we will send you an Order Confirmation email, and will also do the same to let you know when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Exceptions 

We deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man, however, please allow an additional five days for Standard Delivery. For delivery to Jersey and Guernsey delivery costs may be increased.

If you are not fully happy with the goods that you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing that they are in the original resalable condition that you received them in. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

International Customers

Please send your returns to Parasol Retail Ltd, J & S House, Unit A, Denton Drive, Northwich, Cheshire , CW9 7LU. Please send the parcel on a tracked service so we can follow its journey if necessary, we are not able to refund until the parcel reaches us.
